Firm in texture, this is raw around the edges but very juicy underneath, brimming with blueberry, blackberry and a distinct floral note from the Viognier. The finish lingers effortlessly against fine, crisp tannins. Shiraz and Viognier. Best from 2010 through 2020. 900 cases made.

The Viognier component makes a serious statement, adding an unusual apricot quality to the blueberry, plum and spice flavors. Has a chewy texture, but also a sense of refinement and completeness. Offers shades of nutmeg and pepper as the firm finish rolls on impressively. Shiraz and Viognier. Best from 2009 through 2020. 450 cases imported.

Feels a bit reticent, with a shy range of aromas and tightly packed blueberry, plum and cherry flavors that pop right through the finish, extending into a long, generous aftertaste. Tightly wound now; needs cellaring. Shiraz and Viognier. Best from 2009 through 2020. 1,500 cases made.

Amazingly supple, round and pure, smoothly polished to the point where the tannins almost disappear, but something is supporting the gorgeous blueberry, plum, mineral and subtle spice flavors to let them soar on and on through the extraordinarily long, fleshy finish. Ripe and generous, showing impressive density without tremendous weight, this Australian red offers concentrated blueberry, plum, mineral and bittersweet chocolate flavors, all of which echo superbly on the well-wrought finish. Uncanny, the way the lapel-grabbing plum, berry and exotic spice flavors play out on a remarkably supple and elegant frame, with the fine tannins weaving through the finish so deftly you can easily miss them.
