The Vineyards (The Extended Family)

Philippou Vineyard

There is no doubting that Phil Philippou owns a remarkable vineyard. It's in one of those spots that just suits growing great grapes perfectly. Energetic and engaging, Phil is the current custodian of this unique and mysterious site. If any vineyard in the Barossa could be its own appellation – such as Chateau Grillet, then Phil's would be it. His fruit just doesn't taste like anyone elses – at all.

Key Fruit Characteristics:

Phil's fruit has a 'Gout de Terroir' that enables it to stand alone on the tasting bench. Profoundly full and complex.
