The Vineyards (The Extended Family)

Daylight Chambers Vineyard

We purchased this vineyard from Ken Fowler who as past chairman of the Barossa Valley Grape Growers and with 50 years experience growing grapes, Ken is quite serious about his vineyard, particularly the soil and its health. This vineyard is the highest on the Barossa floor and a degree or two cooler throughout the year. The vines are almost always under some sort of stress, only get a drop or two of bore water when necessary. Great quality here.

Key Fruit Characteristics:

The grapes have dark rich aromas and deep colours. As wine the aromas are lifted and the flavours deep and resonant.
