We have finished picking all of our whites as well as all the Barossa Valley Shiraz with only a few parcels of Eden Valley Shiraz to be picked later next week.
Grenache is currently fermenting in the winery along with a few parcels of Mataro which both look great with near perfect, lifted bouquets and a good depth of structure respectively.
The 2015 harvest so far has seen grapes ripen within a very short window keeping us all extremely busy as we process record levels of fruit at the winery.
Shiraz is now all going into oak and all the wines currently look very well balanced with excellent depth of colour, flavour and balanced acidity.
With all varieties returning some healthy yields, everything looks very promising at this early stage.
