It’s that time of year again. The time when good looking roosters throw caution to the wind and besmirch their faces for charity or when slightly less fancied gents like yours truly Mo-up for the same reason knowing their heads can’t get much worse!
 

Last week the winemaking team gathered in the tasting room to assess and blend the 2012 white wines. Torbreck is certainly more famous for making reds, but over the last four or five vintages we have really started to concentrate on improving the quality of our white wines. The focus, as with our reds, is on Rhone Valley varietals; in particular Roussanne, Marsanne and Viognier.

We are lucky to have a great bunch of young, enthusiastic, wine lovers from around the globe ... we’d like to take the opportunity to introduce our 2012 vintage crew...
